Social and financial support
In many parts of the world, groups and agencies exist that can provide ongoing information and social or financial support. It's worthwhile finding out if this is the case in your country, and, if so, which agencies and support groups are available in your area.
Such organisations can sometimes help with financial practicalities as well as helping to establish social support networks.[1]
